Why this course exists

I created this course because, as a qualified lymphoedema therapist and educator, I began seeing women just like me — women who knew something wasn't right with their bodies but were told to simply lose weight. I didn't have the words or support to be taken seriously. This course gives you the knowledge and confidence to be heard.

This course is different because:

The focus is on understanding, not fixing or blaming

There are no quick-fix promises or weight-loss agendas

You are supported whether you're diagnosed or still questioning

The information is grounded in real clinical experience

This is about understanding your body — not fixing, blaming, or changing it.
